Here's how it works...

Your data is sent to Mailways through our secure and firewalled FTP site.

We convert it to a standard format, clean and standardize the data, fix the bad zip codes, and repair the improper address fields.

We then have it matched against the USPS data to see who has moved, make the change to your data, then reformat the data for your in-house system.

Though much of this process is automated, much of it isn't. We rely on our staff to find any widespread data issues they can repair manually, which is something else that sets Mailways apart!
